Two accommodation blocks house a total of 16 suites, featuring a combined living and bedroom that includes a king-size bed, a reading chair and a window banquette providing views across a landscaped courtyard or directly onto the nearby stream and pine forest. Day 1 - Welcome to Bhutan!
You’ll be greeted at the airport and escorted by private car to your choice of hotel in Thimpu.

Day 2 - Exploring the Thimpu Valley
Today’s in-depth private car sightseeing begins at the National Library, home to a priceless collection of Buddhist manuscripts. At the Painting School, dedicated students follow a 6-year course to master Bhutan’s 13 traditional arts and crafts. Then visit the Textile and Folk Heritage Museum for fascinating insight into Bhutanese culture and traditions. In the afternoon, your sightseeing continues at the imposing Trashichhoedzong Fortress; built in 1641, it’s still the center of government and religion. Continue on to the King’s Memorial Chorten, continuously circumambulated by pilgrims chanting mantras and spinning their prayer wheels. This enriching day ends at the Handicrafts Emporium, filled with traditional artisan crafts including textiles, Thangka paintings, ceramics, carvings and jewelry. Meals B,L,D

Day 3 - Through the scenic Paro Valley…
Travel by chauffeured car through the clustered hamlets and terraced rice paddies of the tranquil Paro Valley. In the afternoon, visit Ta Dzong, originally built as the Watchtower and now home to the National Museum. Its extensive collection includes antique Thangka paintings, textiles, weapons and other cultural artifacts. Then walk to nearby Rinpung Dzong where courtyard galleries are decorated with fine Buddhist paintings. Overnight at your choice of hotel in Paro. Meals B,L,D

Day 4 - The Magnificent Tiger’s Nest
An unforgettable day unfolds as you ascend to Taktsang, the legendary Tiger’s Nest Monastery perched high on a cliff overlooking the Paro Valley. Continue with your personal guide to explore the impressive fortress ruins of Drukgyel Dzong, where Bhutanese warriors fought Tibetan invaders centuries ago. Before returning to your hotel in Paro, visit the 7th century temple which marks the introduction of Buddhism to Bhutan. Meals B,L,D
